Here are Submission Guidelines:
|
| For Digital Images |
- Submit only .jpg format.
- Photo size should be approximately 1,000 x 1,500 pixels.
- Ideally set should average around 40 to 60 in a set .
- Maximum number in a set should never exceed 100 and even then we exercise the right to break them down into smaller sets.
- Avoid repetition, each photo should be different and unique .
- Please provide images in the order they were shot. For example, if you start the photo shoot with the model in clothes and then "dressdown", the images with the clothes should be at the beginning of the shoot, not in the middle or the end. Just makes sense, right?
- ALL Model Releases and a Copy of at least one government issued photo ID, (two are preferred) for each person appearing in the photo MUST be attached.
- All information on Model Releases forms must be fully completed and all information on BOTH Model Releases and ID's must be clearly elegible and easy to read in compliance with 2257 regulations.

| Chromes (Slides) |
- Each chrome must be in standard cardboard or plastic sleeve (plasticpreferred).Sleeves should be inserted in standard sleeve pages, which areapproximately 8.5" x 11" and holds 20 slides. Please numbereach sheet in the order the photos were shot.

| Videos and Video Clips |
- Preferred format is DVD. Also acceptable are Mini DV, DV-Cam or SVHSor VHS.
- Background music must be original producers music or music from thepublic domain. If you have a radio playing the background and you canhear Madonna singing, we can't use it.
- No recognizable public trademarks can be seen in the video. For example, no Coke or Pepsi Cans or Budweiser, etc. If they are shown inthe video we will make every effort to edit them out if possible.
- Please submit one good photo or "video grab" from the video to be used to sell the clip.
ALL Model Releases and a Copy of at least one government issued photo ID, (two are preferred) for each person appearing in the video MUST be attached.
